For the initial consultation (first contact), the first 15 minutes are free:
- For continued advice or assistance via videoconference, our rate is CHF 90 / 140 per hour depending on mandate complexity.
- Time spent with the customer is invoiced solely on the basis of results.
- For more advanced, medium to long-term projects, we should arrange an on-site meeting in order to analyse your operating context and set specifications.
