Perform WebMail (kSuite) login

• Webmail URL:  ksuite.digitalabs.ch alias ksuite.infomaniak.com.
• User Name: name@yourdomain.com (full email address).
• Password: ******* (your personal password).

Technical information - Recommended settings

The parameters for configuring your email addresses are identical on any device:

• Incoming IMAP server  = mail.infomaniak.com
  POP3 port = 995 (with SSL) not recommended: no message is stored or synced on the server.
  Your email software does not have back-ups, therefore you need to store your emails / attachments on your own side.
• IMAP port = 993 (with SSL)
• Outgoing SMTP server = mail.infomaniak.com
• SMTP port = 587 (with SSL)
• Username = The full & complete email address
• Password = the one assigned to the email address you want to access (click here to verify your password)
• Authentication : required for sending emails:
  Must be enabled in your SMTP settings of your application.
  Check "use same settings as the incoming server" and enter a username (= full & complete email address) and its password.
• Sync emails across all your devices
• Solve an email problem (software/mail client)
• Change the password of an address on the Mail Service
• Manage login ID to Manager / Mail Infomaniak

Important Security Notices

• For secure data encryption, always use Secure SSL connections.
• To avoid data loss, make regular Local Backups of your important or sensitive messages / files locally on your personal storage.

What is the WDRP?

• The WHOIS Data Reminder Policy (or WDRP) is an ICANN policy designed to protect domain name holders.
• This policy requires your registrar to send you an official notice once a year to remind you to update your information.
• The reminder is usually sent by email and asks you to review the WHOIS information, including contact information, associated with your domain name(s) and correct or update it if necessary.

Why do I need to keep contact information associated with my domain name registration up-to-date?

If you give wrong information on purpose, or don't update your information promptly if there is a change, your registrar can suspend or even cancel your domain name registration. This could also happen if you don't respond to inquiries by your registrar if they contact you about the accuracy of your contact information.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

• The client assumes full responsibility for any damage to the intellectual or industrial property of third parties, to public order, to morality and to any other dispute relating to his or her domain name.
• The Supplier is not responsible for any loss of data, for whatever reason (piracy account, data deleted by the Customer by mistake, data loss due to a corrupted backup, etc.). Therefore, the user is advised to make his own backups of his files, emails or other data stored on the server in case of major incidents.
• Users must not share passwords and must be aware of online risks like Trojans, phishing, hoaxes, viruses, spyware and adware. He must be aware of the risks on the Internet and must use his services with discretion (avoid coffee shops and public insecure WIFI connections for sensitive platforms).

ACCOUNTABILITY AND ACCESSIBILITY OF SERVERS

• Due to the limitations of the Internet, the client is aware that the provider cannot be responsible for access speeds or delays from other providers in the world or any other difficulties in access to the services which may be due to inherent problems with personal computers or other devices.
• The Provider uses policy filters with anti-spam and anti-viurs and cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of e-mails (check your spam folder regularly).
• The system administrator has the right to temporarily suspend access to its services for maintenance and/or improvement. However, it undertakes to use all the means at its disposal to minimise service interruptions (downtime) during periods outside GTM/EU working hours.
• Customers will be notified in real-time of service interruptions for maintenance, hardware or software upgrades or security patches.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

• Please note that due to the technical limitations of the Internet, e-mail communication (SMTP) is neither 100% secure nor 100% confidential.
• The Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of e-mail or the Internet.

PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

• No personal information will be collected when you access the server, unless explicitly asked and agreed. Privacy and confidentiality are fully agreed between the provider and the customer.
• The information stored on the server will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and is neither sold nor distributed for whatever purpose.
• The email service is considered strictly confidential in its entirety. No access of any kind is authorised, except by the owner of the email account himself, using his access data credentials and the usual software.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

• The Provider expressly disclaims all other warranties, including any warranty of merchantability, and shall not be liable for any consequential damages. The hostmaster is not responsible for loss of income due to interruption of services.
• Unauthorised use (Spam, Illegal Content, Warez and other copyrighted digital content) will lead to an immediate suspension of the services without any compensation or refund.
