Perform WebMail (kSuite) login
- Webmail URL: ksuite.digitalabs.ch alias ksuite.infomaniak.com.
- User Name: name@yourdomain.com (full email address).
- Password: ******* (your personal password).
Technical information – Recommended settings
The parameters for configuring your email addresses are identical on any device:
- Incoming IMAP server = mail.infomaniak.com
POP3 port = 995 (with SSL) not recommended: no message is stored or synced on the server.
Your email software does not have back-ups, therefore you need to store your emails / attachments on your own side. - IMAP port = 993 (with SSL)
- Outgoing SMTP server = mail.infomaniak.com
- SMTP port = 587 (with SSL)
- Username = The full & complete email address
- Password = the one assigned to the email address you want to access (click here to verify your password)
- Authentication : required for sending emails:
Must be enabled in your SMTP settings of your application.
Check “use same settings as the incoming server” and enter a username (= full & complete email address) and its password. - Sync emails across all your devices
- Solve an email problem (software/mail client)
- Change the password of an address on the Mail Service
- Manage login ID to Manager / Mail Infomaniak
Important Security Notices
- For secure data encryption, always use Secure SSL connections.
- To avoid data loss, make regular Local Backups of your important or sensitive messages / files locally on your personal storage.
